At TumblersPakistan, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refunds & Returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

03-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement: For broken or damage products, an unboxing video is mandatory.
  2. Condition of the Product: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  3. Color Variations: If a product has no color options, TumblersPakistan reserves the right to dispatch the best-selling.
  4. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, we will exchange it immediately at no additional charge on you.

REFUND & RETURN PROCESS

  1. If the customer did not like the product, the following conditions apply.

The product must remain unused and in original packaging.

The customer must send the product back to our warehouse at their own expense.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process an interbank refund transfer accordingly.

  1. Refund processing:

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect and approve the refund if all conditions are met.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and processing time may vary.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Returns and refunds will not be processed if customer fail to meet the stated requirements.
